I have entered an incorrect delivery address, what should I do now?

Don't worry! It is important to contact our customer service directly by emailing contact@casies.nl. If your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse, we can still adjust your address details before shipping.

If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot do anything anymore. Our tip is to check with the neighbors of the incorrectly provided number to see if they have received our envelope. If it has not been delivered there, there is a good chance that your order will be returned to us. As soon as we have received it, we will send it back to you immediately (of course with the correct address details!). We will inform you immediately once we have received the order at our office.

I have received a wrong product. What now?

Oops, that's obviously not the intention! Contact us at contact@casies.nl and we will ensure that you receive the correct case!

Do I have to stay at home to receive my order?

Your order will be delivered by PostNL via the letterbox, so fortunately you do not have to be at home to receive it.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Our Dutch customers receive their order within one working day, provided they are ordered before 3:00 PM. For Belgian customers, a delivery time of two to three working days applies.

Please note: Sundays and Mondays are not working days for PostNL. Did you place an order during the weekend? Please note that Tuesday is the first working day for the postal company to deliver your order.

How long do I have a warranty on my product?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so you enjoy a four-month warranty on your phone case!

Can I return my order?

Oops! A bad bargain? That's no problem! You can return your purchase within 30 days. Please note that the return costs are for the buyer. Therefore, always double check whether you have selected the correct telephone model in your shopping cart. On our returns page you can see the steps you need to take to send your return to us
